Milk chocolate is a solid chocolate confectionery which contains cocoa, sugar and milk. It is a melt-in-mouth treat. It is smooth in texture and is loved by almost everyone.
Milk chocolate and Dark chocolate both use cocoa liquor, cocoa butter and sugar. Milk Chocolate also use milk powder, to give its creamier taste, texture and lighter color. It gets its mild and velvety taste from a delicate balance of ingredients.
In order to be considered milk chocolate, the chocolate must contain 12 percent or more milk. This could be milk powder, condensed milk or liquid milk.
Milk chocolate contains milk solids and sugar and cocoa solid, it contains less than 35% of cocoa solids and that's why it's called as Milk chocolate.

1. Cadbury Milk Chocolate



Cadbury was established in Birmingham, England in 1824 by John Cadbury, a Quaker who sold tea, coffee and deinking chocolate.
